Senior Internal Auditor – Earn up to $140,000 + 10-20% Annual Bonus - Hybrid Work Flexibility

We are looking for a Senior Internal Auditor to join our dynamic 7-person audit team in our stand-alone Boston location. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a growing company in an environment where business acumen and risk mitigation are highly valued. We perform risk-based audits and develop global best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead audits of subsidiaries, business units, and special projects
• Build relationships with business unit management and understand their processes
• Analyze financial data to assess risk and identify opportunities
• Report findings to Executive Management, the Board, and Audit Committees

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in external audit, internal audit, consulting, leasing, or business-related fields
• CPA/CIA/CISA/CFA certifications and advanced degree or MBA preferred
• Experience auditing commercial lease transactions, hard assets, profit drivers, and compliance (KYC)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Teammate software knowledge is a plus
