Senior Manager, Communications - Southeast Join to apply for the Senior Manager, Communications - Southeast role at Red Bull Media House . The role of Communications is to develop and lead strategic communications through storytelling, earned media, influencer relations, and marketing content creation to reach and engage new consumers more frequently. The Senior Manager of Communications will lead strategy and execution for regional communications across their portfolios. They will be responsible for effectively positioning and delivering messages across third-party and owned media channels (social media, web, TV, radio, print) to bring the Red Bull brand to life and establish relevance with target audiences. This role acts as the "conductor of the orchestra," collaborating with cross-functional teams to lead projects and activate PEMO plans within sports, culture, brand initiatives, content development, and beverage innovations. They will manage earned media activation through relationship building with third-party entities and social influencers. Additionally, they will represent Red Bull’s voice to consumers, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all marketing and media activities. Responsibilities include: Communication Planning: Develop regional media strategies for earned media coverage, coordinate media plans (PEMO PLAN), and oversee projects as the "Media Captain." Use local media knowledge to craft effective plans and build a network of media contacts. Always-On Activity: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop media-worthy ideas, manage ongoing activities like athlete stories and campaigns, and coordinate with media relations to engage consumers through social outreach. Campaign Execution: Define objectives, identify channels, serve as media liaison, measure outcomes, and share insights for continuous improvement. Field Oversight: Act as the main contact for media inquiries, assist the field team with media resources, and provide coaching and guidance. Qualifications: 8+ years in a senior communications role for a major brand; Bachelor’s in Business, Communications, or Journalism preferred. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, creative storytelling, and ability to deliver results under deadlines. Strong background in project management, audience engagement, and media relationships. Proficiency in US media industry, digital and traditional media, with a curiosity and creative mindset. Fluency in Spanish is a plus. Valid US Driver’s License required. This position is open to U.S. citizens, permanent residents, or those authorized to work in the US. Salary range: $85,600 - $128,400 + incentives. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, and more.
