Senior Power Platform Consultant

C2C - Up to $90/hr

20 - 30 hours per week

We are looking for an experienced Senior Power Platform Consultant to join our client's team. This role is ideal for seasoned professionals who excel in delivering tailored Power Platform solutions, with a key focus on driving platform adoption, training, and establishing governance structures through a Center of Excellence (CoE).

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for the Power Platform and advise on best practices for solution design, governance, and scalability.
• Take ownership of building and enhancing the organization's Center of Excellence (CoE), establishing governance models to ensure consistency, security, and compliance across Power Platform initiatives.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to internal teams, enabling them to leverage Power Platform tools effectively and independently.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior consultants, guiding them through complex solution development and platform management.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business stakeholders, to ensure Power Platform solutions meet business needs and adhere to governance standards.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions and oversee the continuous improvement of Power Platform capabilities within the organization.
• Act as a strategic advisor to stakeholders, helping them fully integrate the Power Platform into their business processes while ensuring alignment with CoE governance.

Key Skills :

• Extensive experience in Power Platform consulting, with deep expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Proven track record of establishing and managing a Center of Excellence (CoE) for Power Platform governance, including security, compliance, and user adoption.
• Strong background in developing and delivering training programs, workshops, and knowledge transfer sessions to empower end-users.
• Expertise in translating complex business requirements into effective, scalable Power Platform solutions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations at all levels of the organization.
• Experience with data integration across multiple systems and platforms (e.g., Azure, Dynamics 365) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications are highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in a senior-level consulting role with a focus on governance, training, and platform scalability.
• Experience in industries such as finance, healthcare, retail, or manufacturing is advantageous.
• Proven ability to drive user adoption and champion best practices across organizations.
