Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduler to join our team. The Scheduler will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules using P6 software, ensuring accurate resource loading, and utilizing Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for data center projects. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project schedules using P6 software
  • Ensure accurate resource loading to optimize project timelines
  • Utilize Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to effectively organize project tasks
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather scheduling information
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate project timelines
  • Identify schedule risks and propose mitigation strategies to ensure project success
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Assist in the development of scheduling best practices and guidelines

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in using P6 software for project scheduling
  • Experience with resource loading techniques to optimize project timelines
  • Solid understanding of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for organizing project tasks
  • Previous experience in scheduling data center projects is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of scheduling best practices and industry standards

Day-to-day
