LHH Recruitment Solutions’ (pka Parker+Lynch) is working with a well known Louisville property management company looking for a Sr. Property Accountant. This role is open due to growth, will join an established team, and will have their hands in many pieces in GL, financial reporting, cash, and more. The ideal candidate has a CPA and comes from public accounting.

 

Duties:

• Journal Entries

• Financial Reporting

• Cash Projections

• Property Accounting

• Month/Year End

• Ensure GAAP Compliance

• Reconciliations

• Communicate data with other divisions and departments

• Financial Statements

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ progressive accounting experience, ideally within public accounting

• Bachelors in Accounting

• CPA preferred

Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
