SEO Specialist Location: Tempe, AZ Pay Range: $70,000 - $80,000 Let’s Be Blunt Cannabis isn’t just an industry — it’s a movement. We’re looking for an SEO Specialist ready to roll up their sleeves (pun absolutely intended) and boost our digital presence, optimize search performance, and bring more patients and customers to the Mint experience. Ready to grow with us? Let’s make it happen. What You’ll Do Build and implement SEO strategies to grow organic traffic and improve rankings. Conduct keyword research and optimize site content, blogs, and campaigns. Audit site performance, troubleshoot SEO issues, and provide solutions. Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles and local search listings. Use Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and other tools to track performance. Collaborate with creative, marketing, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented. Analyze competitors and test new strategies to drive engagement and conversions. Stay current on SEO trends, cannabis marketing restrictions, and algorithm updates. What You’ll Bring 2–3 years of SEO or digital marketing experience. Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz. Experience optimizing WordPress sites and other CMS platforms. Understanding of local SEO, Google Business Profiles, and content optimization. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Certification in SEO, Google Analytics, or Google Ads a plus. Must be 21+ and able to obtain state cannabis compliance credentials. Occasional travel for meetings or training. Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally. Comfort working in a cannabis industry environment, which may include exposure to cannabis plant material. Must be 21+ and able to obtain and maintain an Arizona Facility Agent (FA) card. Ability to work onsite at our Tempe location.
