Skillet’z Cafe is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Server to join our team! As a Server, you will be the face of Skillet’z, delivering exceptional dining experiences with a smile. You’ll serve delicious breakfast and brunch dishes in a cozy, welcoming atmosphere, ensuring every guest feels valued and enjoys their time with us. Requirements/Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about our dishes and daily specials
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring high-quality presentation and customer satisfaction
• Monitor tables to anticipate guest needs and provide attentive service
• Process payments and handle cash or card transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables for the next guests
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service
• Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints in a polite and timely manner
• Uphold Skillet’z Cafe standards for food safety and sanitation

Requirements:
• Prior experience as a server or in a similar customer service role preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to remember guest orders accurately
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• Positive attitude and team-oriented approach to work
