As a key member of our global, remote marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing effective social media strategies across multiple brands. Collaborating with our marketing team, your efforts will help drive brand awareness, generate leads, and contribute to the expansion of our customer base.

We're looking for someone with hands-on experience managing B2B social media. You will be responsible for developing strategies, managing campaigns, and analyzing results. What You Will Be Doing

Create, publish, and track campaigns and content across social media platforms, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
Identify and communicate trends for each brand, designing tests to enhance post value for target audiences.
Customize the posting strategy for each brand and platform.
Collaborate with content creators, SEO, product marketing, and developer relations teams.
Monitor and analyze campaign and platform performance metrics, adjusting strategies based on data to optimize results.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Discover and recommend new social channels where target personas engage, beyond traditional platforms.
Develop and maintain social media content calendars for all brands.
Manage and scale an employee advocacy/ambassador program.
Facilitate community engagement, including monitoring conversations, responding to reviews and comments, and managing additional stakeholder involvement when needed.

Who You Are

4+ years of experience in organic B2B social media marketing, ideally in a global high-tech organization or agency.
A strong understanding of KPIs and campaign goals, with the ability to link performance metrics to overall business objectives.
Hands-on experience using social media channels for B2B marketing, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit, and GitHub.
Strong ability to analyze performance data, extract insights, and present recommendations to senior management.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A proactive self-starter who can work independently, solve problems effectively, and seek assistance when needed.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate with remote, global teams.
A deep understanding of developer communities, their preferences, and behaviors, with the ability to create targeted marketing campaigns.
Experience with social media management tools such as Sprout Social, Buffer, ClearView Social, and Monday.com is a plus.
