Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team in the USA. In this role, you will work closely with our creator community, helping build strong, authentic relationships between content creators and their audiences.

Your primary focus will be to enhance content control and monetization strategies, ensuring creators' needs and feedback are integrated into our strategic decisions and marketing campaigns. As part of our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional departments to optimize social media engagement and performance.

You will report to the Product Marketing Manager in the USA and play a key role in shaping our social media presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Creator Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with content creators, offering support and guidance to foster genuine connections with their audiences.
Content Strategy Development: Design and execute impactful social media strategies that showcase our products and services while promoting creator content, aligning with broader marketing goals.
Campaign Management: Plan and run social media campaigns across platforms, focusing on brand awareness, engagement, and monetization strategies that resonate with US audiences.
Market Insights: Stay up to date with trends and audience preferences, utilizing data insights to refine and optimize social media strategies.
Performance Tracking: Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media efforts, reporting on campaign results and making recommendations for continuous improvement.
Collaboration: Work closely with global PR and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms, contributing to the overall marketing strategy.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Media Management, or a related field.
5+ years of proven experience in social media management or marketing, ideally within the adult content industry, with familiarity in platforms such as OnlyFans, Fansly, Fancentro, or similar.
Expertise in managing major social media platforms, including X, TikTok, Reddit, Discord, Telegram, and Instagram.
Strong understanding of creator-audience dynamics in the US market, with experience in fan engagement, branding, and PR.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools to track performance and boost engagement.
Data-driven mindset, with a solid background in analyzing market trends, audience behavior, and campaign success.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and juggle multiple priorities.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
