Job Title: Senior Electrical Project Manager
Location: San Antonio, TX (Covering all of Texas)

Overview:
Our client, a leading electrical contractor with a strong presence across Texas, is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to oversee large-scale commercial projects and provide leadership to a growing team of project managers. This position will be based in San Antonio and will support projects statewide.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple large commercial electrical projects from planning through completion
• Provide oversight, mentorship, and support to other project managers and field teams
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with company standards and client expectations
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, general contractors, and internal teams
• Review and approve project budgets, schedules, change orders, and financial reports
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality control policies across all job sites
• Collaborate with estimating, purchasing, and operations teams to support overall project success

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial electrical project management
• Proven experience managing and mentoring other project managers
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field (required)
• Strong background in large-scale commercial and industrial projects
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to travel as needed across Texas
