Reporting to: Director of Merchandise and Sr. Creative Director At Big Loud Shirt Merch Company, our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional, personalized service that meets the unique needs of every client. As the Sr. Manager of Touring , you’ll help position Big Loud Shirt Merch's Touring & Live Events Department as a reliable, efficient, and supportive resource for both clients and internal teams. You’ll work closely with leadership to plan and execute successful events, tours, and activations, while managing the day-to-day logistics that create a seamless, 360° merchandise experience for artists, teams, and fans alike. We’re looking for a strategic thinker, efficient operator, and adaptable multitasker with hands-on experience in all facets of touring. Success in this role requires an ALWAYS DELIVER mindset—understanding that in live entertainment, the work doesn’t stop at the end of the business day. A strong commitment to accountability, kindness, and a genuine passion for merch will be essential to exceed client expectations and build lasting advocates for our business. What You’ll Do: Oversee all aspects of Touring & Live Events to deliver a full-service experience to every client Manage tour forecasting, inventory planning, warehouse stock, and road inventory Execute tour pulls and shipments as needed Lead and support touring road staff Handle logistics for all touring activities, including customs processes for international dates Maintain accurate road accounting and financial tracking Travel to live events as required Collaborate with the team to successfully launch and operate tours Partner with the leadership team on the product development process Ensure on-site presentation and merch standards are upheld at all events Handle tour-related customer service needs Approach every task with an ALWAYS DELIVER mindset Manage international tour production, logistics, and vendor coordination Hire local vendors and, when applicable, negotiate or adjust merch contracts Collect settlements and handle cash from venues and road managers Train touring representatives to ensure consistency and quality Meet regularly with the full-service team and clients to ensure all needs are being met Continuously evaluate and improve the tour process for efficiency and client satisfaction Communicate account updates, business opportunities, and product feedback to leadership Approach challenges with creativity and a solutions-focused mindset Bring daily enthusiasm and dedication to shaping the future of touring and live events Other duties as needed What you have: 4+ years of experience in touring merchandise Strong interpersonal skills, with clear and professional written and verbal communication Proficient in AtVenu for tour management, warehousing, reporting, and settlements Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills High attention to detail and strong follow-up habits Willingness to work outside of standard business hours as needed Strategic and creative problem-solver Results-driven and self-motivated Ability to stay composed and effective under pressure, balancing urgency with care Clear communicator who meets deadlines consistently Willingness to travel for tour launches and high-priority events We’re fiercely independent and artist-forward, which means your ideas are valued and your work has real impact.
