Job Description

The selectee will serve as a Statistician in the Office of Human Resources, Law Enforcement Acquisition Division. Typical work assignments include:

• Developing and maintaining applicant recruitment and hiring models for major job categories, occupational series, and targeted segments of the recruitment and hiring pipelines.
• Designing evaluations and program monitoring techniques to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment and hiring efforts.
• Implementing quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data, statistical analyses, and model outputs.
• Interpreting and communicating complex statistical findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization through written reports, presentations, briefings, and visualizations.
