Tax Preparer - Join Our Growing Team!

Tax Depot, LLC , a friendly and established tax preparation firm located in South Tulsa, is looking for an experienced Tax Preparer to join our team during the upcoming tax season. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and timely federal and state tax returns for individuals. (I took out “and potentially small businesses because we don’t prepare business returns through Tax Depot)


• Conduct client interviews to gather detailed tax information.


• Analyze financial records to identify potential deductions and credits.


• Maintain excellent communication with clients throughout the tax preparation process.


• Ensure all returns comply with IRS and state regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in tax preparation.


• Strong understanding of federal and state tax laws and regulations.


• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Proficient in computer skills and tax preparation software (Drake Tax experience a plus).


• Professional demeanor with a strong work ethic.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
