Teaching Assistant for Self-Contained and/or Integrated Consultant Teacher Classrooms in Grades K-12. Teaching Assistant will provide direct instructional services and supervision of students under the direction of appropriate teacher and/or administrative personnel. Preferred candidates will have solid understanding of child/adolescent growth and development; good knowledge of instructional practices and procedures; ability to implement instructional plans in assigned curriculum areas; excellent behavior management strategies and experience working with special education students with a wide range of academic and behavioral needs.
