Job Description This position is responsible to grow Sika roofing product sales at the regional level to customers (contractors, architects, consultants, and building owners) to achieve pre-determined sales and profit objectives. The candidate needs to have excellent communication, organizational and reporting skills. Experience in the commercial roofing industry or calling on architects for Division 7 construction material sales is preferred. This position reports to the Mid-Atlantic regional manager. Specific Responsibilities: Position Sika as a company that provides quality products and services Identify and create new market opportunities Solely responsible to oversee specification activity through Roofing Consultants, Architects, Engineers and all other influencing parties Roofing contractor sales growth and account management Establish and manage key owner relationships and activities within territory Qualifications Associates Degree, BA/BS Preferred Minimum of five years of sales or related experience, preferably to the owner and architectural communities Experience/Understanding of the commercial roofing industry Computer proficiency Excellent written and verbal communication skills Additional Information Competitive Benefits: Health Insurance available day one, 401k with 5% company match, bonuses, year-end profit-sharing bonus, paid time off, and educational assistance.
