• Provide excellent customer service to all individuals encountered, including assisting with directions and answering general inquiries.
• Ensure smooth access for patrons, visitors, and vendors as needed. Monitor security cameras and conduct patrols to prevent theft and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Maintain accurate logs concerning individuals, property, and packages.
• Respond promptly to incidents, including emergencies, and document them thoroughly for building and Titan Security management.

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Strong customer service experience in high volume environments
• PERC card or willing to obtain
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
