Career TEAM is seeking a dynamic and motivated Training Coordinator to join our North Bay team! The Training Coordinator will play a vital part in delivering impactful, customer-focused services designed to equip WIOA-eligible and unemployed job seekers with the skills, tools, and confidence needed to succeed in today's workforce. As a key member of our dedicated team, you will support our mission to accelerate the human condition by designing and facilitating innovative workforce development training, fostering growth, and creating meaningful learning experiences for program participants. As the Training Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with the Community & Business Partnerships team and local training providers to create and implement group training and cohort-based models tailored to the needs of North Bay's workforce. Additionally, you will deliver industry-specific curriculum to enhance career awareness and help job seekers explore viable career pathways that align with their skills and goals. This position is expected to be 100% onsite (with the choice of working from our offices in Napa, Novato, Ukiah, or Lakeport).
