Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Transformer Specialist to oversee the installation, testing, and maintenance of power transformers. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in field service projects related to transformers and a strong understanding of transformer operations and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation and commissioning of power transformers at various sites.
• Conduct field service projects related to transformer maintenance and repair.
• Perform power transformer testing to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and implement transformer installation plans.
• Provide technical support and training to junior technicians on transformer operations and safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and service activities performed on transformers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in transformer installation and field service projects.
• Strong knowledge of power transformer testing and diagnostics.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing transformer systems.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
