Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide professional nursing care in accordance with established standards, practices, and procedures. The ideal candidate will demonstrate sound clinical judgment, support patient education, and actively participate in a collaborative healthcare team to coordinate patient care effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver quality nursing care to patients based on practical nursing principles and protocols.
• Assist providers with examinations, treatments, and patient education.
• Engage patients, families, and caregivers in the coordination and planning of care.
• Respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
• Document patient care and treatments accurately and timely.
• Administer medications and utilize medical equipment safely and appropriately.

Requirements:

Education:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

Experience:

• Minimum one year of nursing experience preferred.

Skills & Abilities:

• Strong understanding of diagnostic and treatment procedures.
• Knowledge of medication effects, safety hazards, and infection control.
• Familiarity with ICD-10 and CPT coding guidelines.
• Ability to communicate clearly, follow instructions, and make sound clinical decisions.
• Quick, confident problem-solving abilities.

Licensure & Certifications:

• Active Pennsylvania RN License (required)
• BLS Certification (American Heart Association – current, must be renewed every two years)
