\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 1.0 FTE position with flexible 8-hour or 10-hour shift options
\n• Shift hours: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
\n• Weekend work as needed
\n• 10 on-call shifts required per month
\n• Floating between departments and local locations within 20 miles is required
\n• Charge nurse and preceptor responsibilities preferred
\n• Must be a team player, flexible, and accustomed to fast-paced environment
\n• At least one 13-week previous travel assignment required
\n• Two years current experience required in small PACU with Pre-Op experience
\n• EPIC experience preferred (training available on-site)
\n• Required certifications: New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License, BLS, ACLS
\n• Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) required
\n• Provide direct patient care using nursing process including assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and documentation
\n• Coordinate patient care through collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare team
\n• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and document according to policy
\n• Supervise LPNs and non-licensed assistive personnel
\n• Complete patient education and competency testing per unit standards
