About the Role As a Remote UX Designer at Rebo AI, you’ll be the steward of user experience—shaping how customers interact with our cutting-edge AI tools. Collaborating with product managers, engineers, and data scientists from across the country, you’ll translate complex data and AI-driven insights into intuitive interfaces that empower users to make sense of large volumes of customer feedback. You’ll bring your user-centric philosophy to life through research, prototyping, and iterative design. While you won’t be co-located, you’ll be fully embedded in our culture of open communication, rapid experimentation, and continuous improvement. What You’ll Do Lead the UX design process end-to-end, from user research and journey mapping to high-fidelity mockups and prototypes. Craft intuitive, aesthetically pleasing interfaces that simplify the complexity of AI-generated insights. Conduct remote user interviews, usability tests, and other research activities, incorporating findings back into the design. Collaborate with cross-functional, distributed teams to ensure seamless integration of design and engineering workflows. Advocate for user experience best practices, accessibility, and inclusive design principles in all product decisions. Minimum Requirements Proven experience as a UX Designer (or similar role) with a strong portfolio of relevant work. Expertise in modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, or similar), with a track record of designing data-rich and interactive UIs. Comfort working in a fully remote environment with asynchronous communication tools. Strong research methodologies and the ability to distill complex user needs into actionable design solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills suited for a remote-first setting. Experience designing for AI/ML-driven tools or analytics dashboards. Familiarity with NLP, LLMs, or data visualization best practices. Previous experience in a fully remote startup environment. Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
