About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President General Manager (VPGM) for its Southwest Division. The VPGM will be a key leader, accountable for the financial health and growth of the division, and will be responsible for developing and driving market strategy, managing operational efficiency, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading talent management strategies. The ideal candidate will be a take-charge leader with a focus on safety, customer, and family values, and will be adept at generating new business and maintaining client relationships. Strong negotiating skills, the ability to travel, and a good understanding of financial analysis and market dynamics are essential. The VPGM will be expected to lead with resilience, communicate effectively, and ensure the division is staffed with the best talent in the industry.
