Job Title: RN Visit Nurse – Autonomy, Variety, & Purpose

Company: Home Health Care, Inc.

Location: Service area includes 21 counties across Minnesota

Schedule: FT or PT (Weekday + Optional Weekend/On-Call)

Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 annually + $4,000 in sign-on bonuses

Role Duties:

• Perform nursing interventions including assessments, wound care, med setup, injections
  
• Monitor and document patient outcomes
  
• Partner with physicians and therapists to coordinate holistic care
  

You’ll Need:

• Minnesota RN license in good standing
  
• 1-2 years clinical RN experience (home health a plus)
  
• Dependable vehicle and driver’s license
