Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this position, you will support the warehouse operations by processing orders, and storing/organizing inventory. The ideal candidate is a team player with excellent attention to detail and accuracy, good communication, and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
Order fulfillment: pick, pack and ship customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
Inventory Management: Monitor and update inventory levels using Fishbowl; perform regular cycle counts and stock audits.
Backorder Management: Track and communicate backorder status, ensuring prompt fulfilment once stock is replenished.
Warehouse Organization: maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse space, including labeling shelves, and optimizing storage.
Shipping & Logistics: Prepare shipping labels and documentation, schedule pick ups, and coordinate with carriers as needed.
Reporting: Keep accurate records of inventory movements, order fulfillment, and backorders for internal tracking and reporting.
Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED is preferred
Previous experience working in a warehouse setting or manufacturing environment preferred
Experience with Fishbowl is a plus
Ability to use warehouse equipment, including forklift, pallet jacks, and hand trucks is a plus but not required
Capable of standing for long periods and lift and move items up to 50 lbs
Ability to work with limited supervision
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Working Conditions
This role involves physical activity, including standing, walking, lifting, and operating warehouse equipment
Hours: 7 am to 3 pm
Must be comfortable working alone for extended periods
