The Judge Group is seeking a Warehouse / Inventory Manager with experience in the Monee, IL area.
COMPENSATION: $110,000 to $125,000
WORKSITE: Onsite (No remote)
MUST HAVE: 5+years of experience in Warehouse and Inventory management
MUST HAVE: 2+ years of experience in a perishable product manufacturing environment (Food, Pharma, Chemical)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assure FIFO system is in control
- Assist production in all proper pick lists, FIFO processes
- Establish procedures for incoming / outgoing Shipments (Handling, DOM (Disposition of materials), inventory)
- Research customer / shipper complaints
Plan warehouse operations in line with shipments and perishability of stock
- Maintain proper staffing levels
- Oversee the movement of raw materials and finished goods (Truck loading, order picking accuracy, receiving)
- Daily inventory
- Manage cycle counts (Reconciliation / Adjustment processing, Reporting)
- Work with purchasing on inventory levels
- Document & maintain inventory control procedures.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Degree preferred (But please apply if you have great experience)
- 5+years of experience in Warehouse and Inventory management
- 2+ years of experience in a perishable product manufacturing environment (Food, Pharma, Chemical)
- Experience in a high-volume distribution center within a manufacturing facility
- Experience with SAP or other warehouse management System
