We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing visually appealing and user-friendly websites that align with our brand identity. You will collaborate with developers and marketing teams to create engaging online experiences that drive traffic and enhance user engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of web design principles, digital marketing strategies, and the latest design technologies.

Duties

  • Design and develop responsive websites.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define website requirements and user experience goals.
  • Create visually appealing graphics, logos, and layouts using Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe After Effects and Adobe Flash.
  • Optimize websites for SEO to improve visibility on search engines.
  • Utilize content management systems such as Drupal for website updates and maintenance.
  • Implement email marketing campaigns using MailChimp to engage customers effectively.
  • Stay updated with the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure high-quality output.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to enhance website performance.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Proficiency in web design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and familiarity with Adobe After Effects and Adobe Flash.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices to enhance website visibility.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS), particularly Drupal.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and strategies.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas and concepts.
