Position Title: Welder / Fabricator

Wage: $20.00 - $25.00/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 6:00am – 4:00pm (Monday – Thursday, Overtime on Friday as Needed)

Welder / Fabricator Responsibilities:
- Interpret and work from complex sketches, drawings, blueprints, routings, and product specifications
- Produce high-quality fabricated metal products with exceptional craftsmanship
- Create custom fabrications using stainless steel, aluminum, and mild steel for commercial and industrial clients
- Ensure on-time delivery of fabricated products
- Manufacture products in alignment with established quality standards
- Maintain a strong focus on workplace safety
- Practice good housekeeping and effective waste management

Requirements for Welder / Fabricator:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least four years of experience in metal fabrication
- Relevant industry experience
- Proficient in setting up fixtures and adjusting weld parameters (amps, volts, etc.)
- Skilled in MIG and TIG welding
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and technical blueprints
- Proficient in layout and measuring techniques
