Window World Binghamton has an immediate opening for an Installer Crew Lead to
join our steadily growing team. We are looking for:
Results-driven, experienced window and door installers to handle residential retrofit projects.
A positive, customer-focused installer capable of delivering outstanding customer service skills.
Dependable, demonstratable leadership skills.

Skills and Qualifications:
Skilled at all aspects of window replacement (pre-site, install and warranty work)
Working knowledge of municipal codes.
3-5 Years experience in residential retrofit installations.
Excel in communicating with customers to answer questions and convey updates in a manner
they will understand.
Adept at developing a report with customers that reaffirms Window World was the best choice
for their replacement window project.
Eager to expand your working knowledge by participating in internal and external educational
opportunities.
Clean driving record
Ability to perform demanding physical tasks on a daily basis, while still maintaining meticulous
attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a high-energy environment.

We offer full-time, competitive pay, paid time off, holidays and vacation, and bonus plans. Overtime
may be available.
Pay range: $43,000 to $55,000
