We're Hiring: Workers’ Compensation Program Specialist

East Syracuse, New York | Full-Time |

We’re an expanding company looking for a detail-driven, people-focused Workers’ Compensation Program Specialist to own and improve our claims process. In this key role, you’ll ensure employees are supported, claims are compliant, and operations are smooth from start to finish. What You’ll Do:

· Be the go-to for all workers’ comp claims

· Manage communication with TPAs, carriers & providers

· Oversee documentation, filings & regulatory compliance

· Coordinate return-to-work plans with empathy and structure

· Analyze injury trends and support safety improvements

· Track performance metrics and assist in audits/renewals

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years in workers’ compensation, claims, or risk management
  • Knowledge of WC laws & regulations (state/federal)
  • Strong attention to detail, communication & follow-through
  • Experience working with TPAs or carriers
  • CWCP or similar credential a plus
