We are a boutique estate winery located in the heart of Santa Rosa, surrounded by our own vineyards, seeking Harvest Interns for the 2025 crush season. Join us for an exciting and immersive experience where you'll be a part of all facets of wine production, working with high-end fruit and premium wine brands.

Responsibilities:

Assist in all aspects of harvest, from crushing, fermentation, and processing.

Work with high-end fruit and assist with a variety of tasks during the harvest season.

Collaborate closely with the winemaking team to ensure a smooth and efficient harvest.

Requirements:

Ability to lift 50 lbs and remain on your feet throughout the day.

Ability to stand for long periods and work long hours, including weekends.

Willingness to work 6 days a week during the busy harvest season.

Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to listen and follow directions.

Must be able to speak and understand English.

Experience preferred not required

Forklift experience a plus

Details:

Harvest will span approximately 2-3 months, starting in August and ending in late October or early November.

Hours will vary depending on the timing of fruit arrivals, so flexibility is essential.
