About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Electronic File Clerk to support a HR department during a 3–6 month project. This temporary role includes managing digital and physical personnel files, organizing documentation, and assisting with general administrative duties to keep HR operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Organize, scan, and maintain electronic HR files
Manage and update paper filing systems
Assist with data entry, document tracking, and record accuracy
Provide basic administrative support (forms, scheduling, correspondence, etc.)
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information
Perform general office tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to manage both electronic and physical documentation
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Comfortable working with confidential information
Prior administrative or clerical experience preferred; HR experience a plus
