Job Title:  Exp. Audit Associate or Audit Senior
Job Location: Hybrid
Job Salary: $75k-$100k (DOE)
Requirements: 2-6 Years of Public Accounting Audit Experience

 

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Audit Senior / Audit Associate to join our dynamic team in Pittsburgh. This hybrid position involves working both remotely and on-site, providing a unique opportunity to contribute to our auditing processes while maintaining a work-life balance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing and financial reporting, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform audits of financial statements in accordance with regulatory guidelines
• Prepare and review audit work papers and supporting documentation
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Supervise and mentor junior staff members during audit engagements
• Communicate findings and recommendations to clients and management
• Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulations
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and risks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum of 2-6 years of experience in auditing
• CPA certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards and practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and audit software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
