Job Description:

The Liability Claims adjuster is responsible for assessing and evaluating Auto Property Damage claims, determining coverage and liability, and negotiating settlements with policyholders and 3rd parties. In a high Volume environment.

Responsibilities:

• Taking recorded Statements from all parties involved
• Gathering evidence and documentation
• Analyzing insurance policies
• Calculating claim values
• Effectively communicating with policyholders, venders, and other relevant parties to negotiate settlements

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in property damage Liability and coverage assessment, insurance claims handling
• Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, insurance policies, coverage types, and claim processes
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Must be detail oriented and show a high level of accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of claims while adhering to deadlines
• Proficient with computer software
• Bilingual Preferred
• All lines or P&C Texas Adjuster's license
