Commercial Foreman (Plumbing Specific) - URGENT

Pay: $75k-$90k

Hours: 7am-3:30pm

Licensing & Certifications

• Licensed Journeyman or Master Plumber (optional but advantageous)
• OSHA 30-hour safety certification
• Backflow Prevention Certification
• Medical Gas Certification
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Experience

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in commercial plumbing
• At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or foreman role
• Proven experience in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Experience managing plumbing crews on multi-phase construction projects

Technical Skills

• Expert knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and industry standards
• Proficiency with pipefitting, brazing, soldering, and layout
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to estimate material and labor costs accurately

Leadership & Management

• Ability to lead and motivate plumbing crews effectively
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Skilled in coordinating with other trades, project managers, and inspectors
• Experience in scheduling, workforce allocation, and progress reporting

Jobsite & Safety Oversight

• Ability to oversee multiple active jobsites
• Deep commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance
• Skilled in conducting site inspections and coordinating with inspectors and local authorities

Software Proficiency

• Buildertrend or Procore Software Experience
• Proficiency with construction/project management software
• Familiarity with estimating software
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Customer-focused with a commitment to quality and client satisfaction
