Job Description
The Fleet DOT Compliance Manager has full responsibility for creating, implementing and maintaining a companywide driver compliance and help with safety training program. The Manager will also maintain all federal, state, local and FMCSA regulatory compliance filings for the Company and Owner Operator Fleet. Process and maintain all drivers’ records current and in compliance with federal and state regulations. Ensure that all drivers are well informed and aware of changes and updates in regulations/requirements as directed by corresponding agencies (such as FMCSA, DOT, PHMSA, OSHA). The Manager should demonstrate sound judgment and adherence to compliance regulations; possess strong skills in administrative policy and procedure development and demonstrate strong relationship building and problem-solving skills.
