Construction Superintendent Construction Project Manager

Position Overview
The Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves managing project teams, liaising with clients, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
• Develop project plans and schedules, and monitor progress.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and report financial status to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
• Lead project meetings and prepare status reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
• Experience in commercial construction projects is required.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
