Gaming Systems Operator

This position is responsible for executing manual activities in the gaming systems application, reporting daily activities and incidents, upholding the security integrity of the gaming systems and its operations, and effectively communicating with the Delivery and Control Room Manager.

This shift is 6pm-3am varied days and rotating weekends.

What You'll Do

• Meet monthly performance goals for accuracy, quality, productivity, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Prepare timely internal reporting of system and operational incidents
• Handle all job duties in adherence to policies and procedures
• Execute tasks in accordance with system directives
• Monitor the health of the operating system
• Record activities and archive daily logs
• Participate in testing and reporting
• Provide timely feedback to the company regarding system and equipment failures or client concerns
• Maintain information confidentiality
• Adopt and promote company values
• Remain current on all new developments and procedures regarding protocols
• Work according to set goals and targets
• Open production tickets for system issues

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Proficient with computer systems and applications
• Demonstrates experience in data reporting
• Control room operator or related work experience
• Highly developed verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
• Positive attitude ability to maintain a friendly, professional, and courteous demeanor
• Demonstrated accuracy with a consistent attention to detail
• Possess independent judgment, discretion and initiative in absence of management
• Good grammatical and typing/data entry skills with an emphasis on accuracy
• Organized with proven time-management skills
• Can remain organized and focused
• Holds true to company standards and values
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to follow documented protocols

Pay Range

$16.28 - $30.23 per hour

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.

This position offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan with employer matching.

Additional Information

Depending on the nature of your role, you may be required to register with the Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) and/or other gaming jurisdictions in which we operate.
