Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced healthcare IT leader to serve as Interim Director of Clinical Systems & Informatics, with oversight of Meditech Client/Server and Clinical Informatics initiatives. The Interim Director will provide hands-on leadership in system administration, clinical workflows, data integrity, and strategic alignment of health IT systems to organizational goals. This individual will bridge the gap between clinical operations, IT, and vendors, ensuring optimal system performance and adoption during a period of transition.
Qualifications • bachelor’s degree in health informatics, Information Systems, Nursing, or related field (Master’s preferred). • 7+ years of progressive experience in healthcare IT leadership, including direct oversight of EHR systems. • Hands-on experience with Meditech Client/Server and informatics required. • Strong knowledge of clinical informatics, workflow redesign, and healthcare regulatory requirements. • Excellent communication skills, with ability to work effectively across clinical, operational, and IT teams. • Proven ability to lead through transition and provide stability during periods of change.
