About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its Corporate Product Team within the Special Credits Group. This key leadership role involves managing a portfolio of substandard or lower-rated corporate and LBO transactions, leading a team of 8-10 professionals, and driving strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying early signs of credit deterioration, recommending exposure management strategies, and ensuring the team is adept at securing optimal loan structures and documentation to minimize losses. Additionally, the role requires overseeing accurate and timely reporting, compliance with internal and external regulations, and fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture. Applicants must be strategic thinkers with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a minimum of 15 years' experience in leveraged or corporate finance portfolio management. A deep understanding of credit analysis, legal documentation, and regulatory frameworks is essential, with a proven track record in team management and mentoring. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, resilient, and possess exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills. A Master's degree in a related field is required, with formal credit training being preferred.
