Job Description
Looking to hire a C-Suite Executive/Personal Assistant to work for the CEO in New York. The role will include a mix of professional and personal tasks. He/She will provide executive support in a one-on-one working relationship and serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the CEO, including liaising with the board of directors and senior management teams.
He/She must possess a high level of professionalism, be extremely organized, have an entrepreneurial mindset, and enjoy working within a fast-paced, results driven financial services environment. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. He/She must be able to work under pressure with the ability to handle a wide variety of activities

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have/be:
Bachelor's degree.
A minimum of five years of experience - and working with high level executives .
Base Salary plus Bonus
