Solutions Developer (Integrated Facilities Management)

This position seeks a Director, IFM Solution Development to join the Corporate Services Solutions Team at Sodexo. The role focuses on building new and existing Integrated Facilities Management business opportunities and delivering valuedriven solutions for Fortune 1000 clients.

The role is remote with approximately 50% travel, and candidates may reside in any state near a major airport.

What You'll Do

  • Develop compelling workplace and technical solutions to support new client opportunities and current client growth, account retention, and sector business activities.
  • Project manage SME teams to create solutions and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Support the development of innovative tailored solutions that meet customers key drivers and achieve competitive pricing while maintaining margin and risk requirements.
  • Research industry trends and movements to provide leadingedge workplace practices and competitive advantage.
  • Work closely with transition and operational leaders to guide successful mobilization of new business, ensuring adherence to contract, scope, risk, KPI, client satisfaction, and financial drivers.

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of responsibility delivering workplace experiences in manufacturing, life science, and technology environments.
  • Knowledge of GxP regulated environments, QMS policies, and GDP adherence.
  • Experience developing service delivery models and leveraging performance, subcontracting, and technology solutions.
  • Analytical experience with operating unit cost structures for management fee and P&L models.
  • Clientfacing business acumen, with strong relationship nurturing and solution identification skills.
  • Project management experience overseeing multiple projects throughout the lifecycle simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership, motivational and collaborative skills with high influence across diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication of technical knowledge and requirements to internal and external audiences.
  • Understanding of gotomarket strategy and competitive positioning for new business opportunities.
  • Awareness of current and emerging technologies and their practical applications.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to interact with customers and colleagues.
  • MBA preferred; PMP certification is a plus.
