Assist in managing the industrial controlling and accounting activities of KB Signaling. This position will report to the Industrial Controller and will assist in several key tasks. This position will be the lead position which will manage direct employees utilization. The role will also ensure control of our cost base by monitoring budget vs. actual performance each month. The role will also identify the causes of the variances and prepare detailed reports for review with the leadership team. The role will also support industrial controller, Site Controller and Chief Accountant on ad-hoc requests. Responsibilities Monthly: Detailed review of monthly actual costs. Coordinate with various cost Center owners to review monthly costs and investigate any potential anomalies vs. budget. Early warnings on significant cost bookings compared to rates set at the beginning of the year Prior month to current month analysis Month end close Ensure time is entered.
