A Full Time Assistant Store Manager will have responsibilities that will include:
-Training new employees, maintaining good customer relationships, ensuring company policies are followed, and coordinating daily operations
- Assessing and fulfilling customer shipping needs using a shipping computer program
- Packaging customers' products according to industry standards for shipping
- Continuing training through our Corporate Learning Center
- Using other numerous computer based programs that facilitate mailbox services, UPS/DHL/USPS shipping, printing,
- Using a POS system for cash and credit transactions
Applicant must have the following:
-Reliable transportation
-Proper valid identification
-Ability to read, write, and speak English
-Ability to repeatedly lift up to 60lbs.
-Previous cash handling experience
-Previous customer service experience
-Previous supervisor/managerial experience
-Ability to move/stand for long durations
-Minimum HS Diploma or Equivalent
