POSITION SUMMARY
The VeroTouch Associate role is an exciting opportunity for high school students in Chaffee County, Colorado, to explore careers in design, engineering, construction, marketing, or administration. This immersive program is tailored for curious and creative minds eager to solve real-world challenges while developing valuable skills. Whether on-site, off-site, or hybrid, you’ll gain hands-on experience contributing to innovative projects that shape the future of construction technology.

This program offers mentorship, skill-building, and networking opportunities, making it perfect for students ready to make an impact.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES) VeroTouch requires that the applicant has sufficient ability to complete the required tasks outlined in essential duties/responsibilities along with the physical means and skills outlined below.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to contribute to the company
  • Assist in project planning, research, and analysis to support decision-making processes
  • Conduct testing, evaluations, and iterations to refine process and optimize performance
  • Communicate ideas, progress, and findings effectively through reports, presentations, and discussions
  • Embrace opportunities for learning and professional development through mentorship and training sessions
