\n Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $35/hr + depending on experience

\n What’s a typical day as a Japanese Translator? You’ll be:
\n• Listening to, understanding, and translating spoken or written statements from one language to another
\n• Reproducing statements in another language for unique listening or reading audience
\n• Facilitating effective communication between two parties that do not speak a similar language
\n• Attending conferences and meetings and acting as official translator to mediate discussion
\n• Relaying concepts and ideas between languages
\n• Reporting to the Language Services Manager
\n
\n This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
\n• Possess a High School Diploma or GED
\n• Have 1+ years’ experience in a Translator or Interpreter role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
\n• Have Japanese language skills (Reading, Writing, Speaking)
\n• Possess good communication skills; a collaborative mindset; and customer service skills
\n
