Position Summary:

The technician must perform professional and technical polishing and refurbishing of Bulgari jewelry, adhering to deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for jewelry polishing with care and attention to details, adhering to deadlines and delivery dates.
• Follows all company protocols for securing and storing company and customer-owned merchandise. Follows all company protocols related to destruction of parts.
• Responsible for advising on the materials needed to carry out service requests.
• Ensures proper quality of service according to Bulgari standards.
• Responsible for maintaining machinery and workshop tools.

Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workshop area.

• Responsible for maintaining and adhering to workshop health & safety requirements.

Qualifications:

• 3 to 4 years' experience in high-end watch or jewelry polishing.
• Knowledge and skills in polishing different shapes, metals and finishings.
• Experience working with polishing tools and machinery.
• Ability to manage priorities and to work efficiently with deadlines.
• Ability to analyse refurbishing issues and to perform quality controls.
