Our Entry-Level Sales Representative program is crafted to develop your sales skills in the industry of in-home sales. No prior experience? No problem! We provide paid training and continuous support-just bring your hunger to grow and people skills. Previous experience in customer service, inside or outside sales, or other customer-facing roles is a plus.

This position covers territories within the following counties near you:

What You'll Do as a Roofing Entry-Level Sales Rep:

• Identify homes in need of roofing of a consultation

• Generate qualified leads of homeowners interested in residential roofing solutions

• Schedule roofing consultations for prospective customers

• Serve as a roofing consultant, providing valuable product knowledge to qualifying homeowners

• Develop your sales aptitude with homeowners to eventually sell the roof itself as your career progresses

• Represent Trinity's Roofing Division with professionalism and integrity

• Meet and/or exceed lead generation performance minimums

What You'll Bring:

• A self-driven, highly motivated attitude

• A proven record of achieving goals

• A reliable mode of transportation

• A cell phone with data and internet access

• Age 18 or older

• Bilingual abilities are a plus

• Some opportunities may require a clean DMV record

• Earnings Potential: Pay starting at $4000 first month (paid training), while having the ability to earn uncapped commissions after completing training!
• Earn $53,000-85,000 (base salary plus commission)
