LOCATION & SCHEDULE

· Based in Miami, FL focusing on Northeast market with frequent travel to customer sites, trade shows and industry events.

· Remote work option available.

· Full-time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Outside Sales Representative at Continental Floral Greens, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in the mass market floral market.

· Develop and present sales proposals, including pricing, credit terms, and delivery schedules.

· Identify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining existing client relationships.

· Conduct in-person and virtual product line reviews.

· Research market trends and competitor activities to enhance sales strategies.

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure optimal inventory management and fulfillment.

· Provide exceptional customer service and address any issues that may arise.

· Work proactively on product development to meet specific customer needs.

WHO YOU ARE

· A dynamic and self-motivated sales professional.

· A strong communicator with excellent negotiation skills.

· Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.

· Able to work independently while contributing to a team environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

· 3+ years of sales experience in agriculture, manufacturing, or perishable goods.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

· Experience in wholesale, mass market, or garden centers preferred.

· Existing cut floral/Christmas floral customer base is a plus.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets.

Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Dependent on the position offered, other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
