Job Description

1. At least 3 years experience in finance, financial analysis, or business partner roles, manufacturing background is preferred;
2. Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of effectively interpretting complex financial data and providing practical insights;
3. Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting techniques;
4. Proficient in advanced Excel skills and financial software tools (such as ERP systems and BI tools);
5. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Prioritize international students studying in China);
6. Good English reading comprehension ability and fluent oral communication; Chinese language proficiency is preferred;
7. Able to accept short and medium term overseas business trips in India, Türkiye, the Middle East and other regions. 1.Responsible for the monthly financial report GAAP of construction projects of companies in India, Türkiye and the Middle East, coordinating the daily business and inventory management of both domestic and overseas companies, specifically responsible for general ledger accounting, (such as financial management report data analysis, quarterly preparation of business analysis PPT, overdue receivables) and risk control;

1. Adjust the differences between overseas companies and mainland accounting standards. Manage import payments and loan interest and principal payments;
2. Responsible for annual budget preparation and mid year adjustment, expense and cost control;
3. Responsible for auditing work. Responsible for cash flow and monthly forecasting;
4. Convene board meetings, notarize and certify documents;
5. Communicate and resolve issues with company secretaries, lawyers, embassies, accounting firms, consultants, and local auditors;
6. Responsible for supervising, coordinating, and supporting the local finance team.
