Advanced Surgical Office Receptionist Job Description

As a part-time Receptionist, you will be responsible for welcoming employees and visitors to the CONMED Advanced Surgical Office, located in Greenwood Village, Colorado. We are seeking an individual contributor that is positive, high energy, detailed oriented, and dedicated to providing excellent experience to our employees and leadership team, and who will develop strong partnership with cross-functional partners and vendors.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome and direct employee, vendor, and candidate traffic.
• Help drive campaigns, engagement activities, and site events.
• Effectively communicate with and influence employees at all levels.
• Develop and maintain positive partnerships with on-site employees, leaders, and vendors.
• Ensure office organization and support, including:
• Breakroom & snack management
• Supply stocking
• Checking & distributing mail
• Owning site communications
• Submitting & following up on work orders
• Ordering lunch for office events
• Badge & key management for a safe & secure environment
• Take ownership of ad hoc organizational duties and tasks based on manager and business needs such as calendar management, reserving meeting rooms, etc.
• Serve as the link between Facilities Management at other CONMED sites & our Denver-site, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Enable the business to make & keep commitments & deliver exceptional results through effective office management.

Qualifications:

• Relevant professional experiences or internships preferred
• Strong experience with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
